SHALL CROWLEY COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT RE-1J TAXES BE INCREASED $242,000 ANNUALLY (SUCH DOLLAR AMOUNT BEING THE FIRST FISCAL YEAR INCREASE) AND THEREAFTER BY WHATEVER AMOUNTS ARE RAISED FOR A LIMITED TEN-YEAR PERIOD FROM AN OVERRIDE MILL LEVY IMPOSED AT A RATE OF UP TO SIX (6) MILLS IN ORDER TO RESTORE A PORTION OF THE STATE CUTS IN THE DISTRICT'S OPERATIONAL FUNDING, WHICH MONEYS SHALL BE USED FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES TO INCLUDE, AMONG OTHER THINGS: - REPLACING OUTDATED TEXTBOOKS AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, - IMPROVING STUDENT ACCESS TO UPDATED TECHNOLOGY, - REPLACING OLDER BUSES AND SCHOOL VEHICLES BASED ON SAFETY AND CONDITION, - IMPROVING THE LEVEL OF MAINTENANCE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES, AND - ATTRACTING AND RETAINING HIGH QUALITY TEACHERS AND STAFF, WITH SUCH INCREASE TO BE AUTHORIZED FOR A LIMITED TEN-YEAR PERIOD (COMMENCING IN COLLECTION YEAR 2017 AND ENDING AFTER COLLECTION YEAR 2026), SUCH TAXES TO BE IN ADDITION TO THE PROPERTY TAXES THAT OTHERWISE WOULD BE LEVIED FOR THE GENERAL FUND BUT SHALL NOT EXCEED ANY STATUTORY LIMITATION ON ADDITIONAL LOCAL REVENUES?
