Dixon County Proposition - Bond Levy

Shall the County of Dixon, Nebraska issue its negotiable bonds in an aggregate stated principal amount not to exceed Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000) for the purpose of paying the costs constructing, equipments and furnishing a new courthouse and law enforcement center and acquiring real estate for such buildings, with such bonds to be issued from time to time, bear interest at such rate or rates, be sold at such prices, and become due at such time or times all as may be determined at the direction of the County Board of Supervisors; and Shall the County cause to be levied and collected annually a tax on all of the taxable property in such County in an amount sufficient in rate and amount to pay the interest and principal of such bonds as the same become due, which levy may exceed the County's statutory and constitutional limitations for levying taxes?
