Issue 1A - Fire and Police Pension

Without imposing any new tax or increasing any tax rate, shall clear creek county be authorized to participate in the fire and police pension association of colorado statewide retirement plan established in colorado revised statutes, so that the county can elect coverage under the plan for the current and future employees of its sheriff's office, as well as other qualified employees, and shall the county's annual contribution requirements under the plan be authorized as a multiple-fiscal year financial obligation of the county to the extent provided in the plan, as amended from time to time?
