This will continue funding the financial aid and services for Macomb County veterans and support the administration of the Macomb County Department of Veteran Affairs and Macomb County Veteran Affairs Commission. It is estimated that a levy of 0.069 mills will raise approximately $2,403,108 in the first calendar year of the levy. For example, on a property having a residential market value of $100,000 (estimated taxable value of $50,000), 0.069 mills would be $3.45 of levied tax annually.
