Proposed Tax Levy - Renewal and Decrease

A renewal of part of an existing levy, being a reduction of 0.08 mill to constitute a tax for the benefit of the City of Upper Arlington for the purpose of the payment of the police officer employer's contribution and the firefighter employer's contribution to the Police and Fire Pension Fund required under Sections 742.33 and 742.34 of the Ohio Revised Code at a rate not exceeding 0.89 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.089 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2022, first due in calendar year 2023.
