Get StartedShall the Constitutional limitation upon the total amount of taxes which may be assessed in one (1) year upon all real and personal property within the County of Ogemaw, Michigan, as provided in Article 9, Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution of 1963, as amended, be increased by up to 0.75 mill ($0.75 per $1,000) of taxable valuation of such property as finally equalized, for six (6) years (2024 - 2029) inclusive, which levy is estimated to raise up to $834,879.52 in the first year, to provide operating funds for county-wide public transit service? If approved and levied, a portion of the millage may also be disbursed, in accordance with State law, to the Downtown Development Authorities of the City of West Branch and the Township of West Branch.
