Summary

Shall Lincoln County, Wyoming, be authorized to impose a one percent (1%) Specific Purpose Sales and Use Tax within the County, the proceeds from which and the interest earned theron to be used for funding the acquisition of land (if necessary), the planning, engineering, construction, remodeling, furnishing, equipping, and supplying, and, to the extent necessary and allowed by law, the payment of operation and maintenance, debt service, and/or lease payments, and, if necessary and/or available, to be used to leverage or math federal and/or state grant funds, in the follwing specified amounts and for the specified purposes provided below: FOR THE TOWN OF AFTON $1,851,112.00: Street improvements on 3rd Ave ($102,350), 4th Ave ($302,498), 5th Ave ($175,950), Lincoln St ($93,150), Jackson St ($201,718), Jefferson St ($162,620), Madison St ($589,145), Rulon Gardner Ave ($114,097), and Hospital Lane ($109,584); FOR THE TOWN OF ALPINE $1,500,000.00: Reconstruct approximately one mile of Greys River Road, including repaving, curb, gutter, sidewalk, street lights, bust stops, and a separated pathway; FOR THE TOWN OF COKEVILLE $1,071,874.00: 1st North Waterline Replacement ($220,442), Lagoon Road Sewer Rehabilitation ($254,239), West Main Street Reconstruction ($334,260), Fire Hydrant Replacement ($129,809), and County Road 209 Sewer Rehabilitation ($133,124); FOR THE TOWN OF DIAMONDVILLE $2,153,814.00: Mill and overlay on the following roads: McGovern, Burke, Keane, Glenco, Star, Sublet, Diamondville, Gomer, Susie, Lincoln, Hillcrest, Oakley, Twin Creek, and Radiant ($2,131,514). Crack chip seal on Gomer Street ($22,300); FOR THE TOWN OF KEMMERER $3,147,394.00: Repave 5th West Avenue and repair sidewalks ($467,412), repave Elk Street and repair sidewalks ($614,607), repave Canyon Road south of Antelope ($1,106,557), and reconstruct Dell Rio Drive west of Canyon Road ($958,818); FOR THE TOWN OF LABARGE $515,419.00: Chip seal all municipal roads; FOR THE TOWN OF OPAL $400,000.00: Scoping & cleaning sewer line ($100,000), repair or replace town backhoe, grader, salt/sand spreader, dump truck, and F-150 ($100,000) street upgrades on unpaved raods for South Front Street, Whitetail, Wapiti, Mule Deer, Fox, Coyote, Bobcat, Big Horn, Antelope, Chrisman, and Solliday Streets ($200,000); FOR THE TOWN OF STAR VALLEY RANCH $1,265,879.00: Chip seal 15.12 miles of road within the town boundaries including: Alpine, Aztec, Barberry, Bear Lake, Bingham, Bonneville, Brambleberry, Brushwood, Butte, Cedar Creek, Chokecherry, Custer, Dogwood, East Street, Hardman, Holly, Last Chance, Lilac, Mahogany, MIddle Branch, Piute, Ponderosa, Porto, Prater, Sage, Scrub Oak, Tumbleweed, Vista East, Vista West, West Elkhorn, and West Street; FOR THE TOWN OF THAYNE $550,000.00: Pave Community Center parking lot ($125,000), reconstruct Van Noy Parkway ($425,000); FOR LINCOLN COUNTY $1,400,699.00: Two (2) Mack 2019 GU713 Chassis with dump and plow per specs ($185,249) and ($185,249), Sander ($20,000), 2014 John Deere 410K Backhoe Loader with warranty ($88,471), Cat D6T XL per specs with warranty ($116,000) and Cat 963K or equivelant ($365,730).
