Get StartedThis amendment authorizes a millage levy annually of 3.0 mills ($3.00 on each $1,000.00 of taxable value), of which 2.9150 mill is a renewal of the previously authorized millage and 0.0650 mill is new additional millage, against all taxable property for six years, 2023 to 2028 inclusive, for paving, reconstructing, and improving sidewalk, streets, curb and gutter, and proper drainage facilities. The estimate of revenue the City will collect in 2023 is approximately $820,000. This millage may be subject to capture by the City's Principal Shopping District/Downtown Development Authority.
