I will work to keep our neighborhood schools open after the school day is over, giving parents the peace of mind of knowing their children are safe, and giving kids a place to be kids again. We must demand that our residents are treated with the same respect and dignity that residents of neighboring towns expect. It means cleaning up the trash on streets, dealing with dangerous intersections, and going after the out-of-state slumlords who are willing to profit off keeping Hartford residents in uninhabitable housing.
