Get StartedIn 2017, then-judge Brett Kavanagh ruled that the federal government could not regulate hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), a man-made chemical that is hundreds of times better than carbon dioxide at trapping heat in the atmosphere. In response, states have begun to phase out HFCs. I support Arizona phasing out HFCs and other high global warming potential gases. Learn more
We Arizonans use more air conditioning than the rest of the country – four times more. This means more electricity, higher utility bills, and more fossil fuels. For example, taxes related to recreational show horses, and art gallery purchases, and mining equipment purchases. The list goes on. Learn more
