Get StartedI will support all laws that protect life in the womb. I believe our laws should protect all living souls, including those who are the most vulnerable in the womb. Learn more

We need representation that will protect West Virginia farmers and their land from an overreaching federal government that tries to tell our farmers what livestock they are allowed to keep or what type of crop they are allowed to plant. The EPA harasses our farmers by trying to regulate ditches that run through their property. As Senator, I will work with my colleagues to fight back against these unconstitutional regulations and unleash the full potential of West Virginia agriculture. Learn more
West Virginia needs to expand the educational choices that parents have for their children. Alternatives to the public educational system, such as charter, private, Christian, and homeschooling programs, are all great ways to help your child receive a more quality education at a more efficient cost. The WV Hope Scholarship was a great start, and is something that we can build upon to reach the goal of school choice for all West Virginians. I will introduce legislation that provides universal school choice and empowers all parents to send their children to the school of their choosing. Learn more
West Virginia can be an energy hub for the entire country and lead the nation's way back to energy independence. We must continue to work to increase the exploration and production of coal, natural gas, and oil. Learn more
When elected as your next State Senator, I will introduce legislation to end all current state taxpayer subsidies for "green energy," introduce a resolution demanding that Congress reign in the out-of-control EPA, and promise to never vote to fund the "Green New Deal." Learn more
To have free and fair elections, our country must stop using voting machines. As they leave us vulnerable to potential cyber security attacks that can compromise our elections. Our elections must be conducted on secure paper ballots that cannot be duplicated or manipulated. Learn more
We need to go back to having an election day in this country. We should not have to wait days or, in some cases, weeks to get the results of our elections. We must implement common-sense security measures such as voter ID and signature verification on absentee ballots and put an end to mass mail-in voting. We must encourage in-person voting, with the exception of deployed military personnel and people who are very sick. Learn more
As your next West Virginia State Senator from District 2, Chris Rose will stand up to the radical left and gun control lobbyists and make sure they fully understand that your right to bear arms "shall not be infringed!" Learn more
Our state is currently suffering the effects of an outdated and deteriorating infrastructure system that was designed for transportation demands that are very different from the needs of today. We must improve our roads to allow for quicker, more efficient travel and to prevent damage to our vehicles in our daily commutes. Improving our infrastructure will help our state be more competitive in attracting more jobs. With infrastructure improvements, companies will want to locate here. Learn more
I will introduce legislation to bring accountability and transparency to our department of transportation and ensure that tasks are completed on time and under budget. To address these needs, I will work with colleagues in Charleston and at the national level to ensure our state is a priority for infrastructure improvements. Learn more
As Senator, I will introduce legislation to prevent China and other hostile nations from buying land in West Virginia. Learn more
The State of West Virginia has had several consecutive years of record budget surpluses. That means it is time to return more money to the taxpayer's pocket. If we want to help the people of West Virginia keep more of their hard-earned money and create jobs at the same time, we must continue to work towards phasing out all income taxes. Learn more
We must also work towards eliminating personal property taxes. The citizens of West Virginia already pay a sales tax on vehicles, ATVs, boats, and RVs the day that they purchase them. Learn more
