Take cannabis out of the black market, increase state and local tax revenues during the pandemic downturn, and make it safer for consumers Expunge the records of cannabis crimes. Moreover, this will stimulate the economy by increasing discretionary income and improving the credit-worthiness of millions of Americans. 0% Loans: Make all future student loans 0% loans. For-profit College Liability: Make for-profit colleges secondarily liable for all student loans. If a college generates a profit, it must be as a result of providing an education, not just collecting tuition. Learn more
Single Payer: Prepare our healthcare system for transition to a true single-payer system by restoring the Affordable Care Act, eliminating existing conditions penalties, limiting short-term health plans, capping premiums based on income, and increasing access to urgent care. Learn more

Poverty: First and foremost, we need to acknowledge that poverty is a healthcare issue. Hospital bills shouldn’t bankrupt a family. Medicare: Give everyone the option to enroll in Medicare today. People are people, we cannot let our friend or neighbor go bankrupt because they have cancer. Mental Health: Mental health is just as important as physical health.
