I support key provisions of the New York Health Act to expand and cover every New York resident regardless of age, income, wealth or employment, as well as eliminate network restrictions, deductibles, and copays. Let's increase investment in rural communities for critical infrastructure projects like expanding fiber-optic internet access, broadband, and cell service to underserved areas of the district, as well as investments in municipal infrastructure for our highways, bridges and roads. We also need to invest in our water and wastewater systems which are critical for delivering essential municipal services. Learn more
We need to work to increase funding and grants for small businesses, microbusinesses, farms, and emerging industries like cannabis and hemp which will diversify the agricultural industry. This investment will bring revenue back into Upstate communities and create competitive, good-paying jobs to retain labor and bring tax revenue back to our communities. Learn more
