Get StartedGino is gravely concerned about the effect the unsustainable federal deficit is likely to have on the economic security of our children and grandchildren. The federal deficit now exceeds thirty trillion dollars (30,000,000,000,000), an almost unfathomable number, which is a shocking 125% of our entire gross domestic product (the annual total of all U. S. Goods and services). Wasteful and excessive federal spending has contributed to the current inflation, which is a not-so-invisible tax upon all of us. Gino has a plan to address this out-of-control federal spending, which drains families of their hard-earned wages and deprives our state and local governments of the funds needed to provide essential services, like schools and infrastructure. In the Tennessee General Assembly, Gino will use the Tenth Amendment to the U. S. Constitution and his skills as an accomplished trial and constitutional lawyer to bring the federal government back within the framework of the limited powers granted to it in the Constitution. Gino is also a proponent of the free enterprise system. Gino opposes using taxpayer funds to provide benefits to private corporations. Tennessee, as a state having no income tax, significant natural resources, and a thriving economy, does not need to (nor should it) pay corporations to persuade them to move here. Gino will oppose legislation that purports to use taxpayer funds to benefit private companies. Learn more
Gino is a strong proponent of the Second Amendment. The right to keep and bear arms is one that pre-dates the founding of our country. Gino will support legislation that recognizes the rights that all of us have to protect our families and communities. Gino also favors strengthening the security of our schools and communities to protect our families from those who would seek to do them harm. Gino believes we can protect the rights we all share under the Second Amendment and protect our communities from the violence that currently plagues our country. Learn more
Gino is a proponent of a robust, lawful immigration policy for our country and our community. The Biden administration’s policy of open borders and rampant illegal immigration is not only unlawful but has destroyed (and continues to destroy) families. The uncontrolled influx of fentanyl and other illegal narcotics across the southern border has caused thousands of deaths in the United States. The Biden administration’s intentional failure to secure the border is a violation of Mr. Biden’s oath of office to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution, and to defend our country against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Gino will advocate for legislation that protects our communities against the egregious failures of the Biden administration. Learn more
Gino believes that we need to preserve what has made, and continues to make, Williamson County one of the best communities in the United States in which to live, grow, and raise a family. Growth needs to be properly managed. We cannot allow the growth of our community to destroy what makes it special. In the Tennessee General Assembly, Gino will advocate for legislation that promotes responsible growth and adequate infrastructure for Williamson County. Learn more
A tried and true conservative, Gino knows what has made our community a wonderful place to live, work and play—traditional values. He knows our quality of life is in danger due to crushing debt, out-of-control growth, and rising crime. With a strong stand against such threats, Gino is promoting fiscal responsibility, common-sense growth, and empowerment of our law enforcement. Learn more
