As a member of Congress, it would be my duty to preserve states’ rights in governing their own elections, including their right to enact laws constituting a strong commitment to election integrity that should minimally include: (I) a voter ID and citizenship verification requirement, (II) making ballot harvesting a crime, (III) procedures for maintaining voter roll integrity for each election cycle, (IV) the right of candidates (or their representative) to be able to fairly and adequately observe the vote counting process, (V) a meaningful and immediate escalation process when fraud is being observed, (VI) mail-in ballots having a cut-off of receipt before the polls close on election day, (VII) no indiscriminate mailing of mail-in ballots, but instead, be available only upon request on a per election basis, (VIII) no automatic registrations, and (IX) state legislatures retaining jurisdiction to sue their state’s executive branch or election officials who attempt to make unauthorized changes/waivers to election laws. Criminal Justice / Public Safety

While it is clear that banning or confiscating firearms would make no material difference if an individual intends to commit murder or mass murder, there is an urgent need to examine and pursue methods of threat identification and intervention.  Also, we must compel enforcement of existing laws, address contemporary cultural changes associated with acceptance of violent crime, and implement effective deterrence measures. I also condemn the CCP’s billion-dollar, state-sanctioned murder-for-organs industry. Accordingly, I support the 2021 Senate Bill 602 and corresponding House Bill HR 1592 “the Stop Forced Organ Harvesting Act of 2021” (denying or revoking the passports of people who engage in the illegal purchase of organs as well as prohibiting the U.S. export of organ transplant surgery devices to foreign entities associated with that criminal practice).  I also support the addition of other sanctions currently excluded under the draft version of those bills. I will diligently work to introduce and/or co-sponsor legislation that for one, will expand the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and its companion laws and rules (such as SEC regulations).  These changes will not only prohibit U.S. citizens and entities from bribing foreign government officials to benefit their domestic business, but would additionally include civil and criminal penalties associated with U.S. citizens, entities and foreign actors who bribe or coerce U.S. government officials, individuals, businesses and academic institutions for the predatory gain of foreign governments and foreign controlled businesses.  This will be especially applicable to conduct constituting a compromise of national security as well as destabilizing effects to U.S. political, economic and social institutions. To reverse the current inflationary trend and restore stability in Americans’ personal finances, I am committed to supporting a return to the business, economic and regulatory reforms of the prior administration. Environment / Energy

I support legislation, as well as amended federal regulations, that would once again restore the U.S. to energy independence (effectively by reversing Biden’s January 20, 2021 Executive Order). Learn more

While the state legislature should take the lead on this issue and require the municipalities to comply with waste water treatment and disposal system designs approved by the EPA, I would promote projects qualifying for Federal assistance so as to address this issue, just as was done with the Kissimmee River Restoration project, authorized by Congress in 1992. Foreign Policy

As for one measure directed at China's predatory influence over the U.S., I will support legislation that prohibits pension investments in businesses employing slave labor or otherwise supporting China's military complex. This includes legislative changes to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA") whereby pension funds and managers are prohibited from placing Federal, state and 401K pension/retirement fund investments in China businesses as well as other non-NATO alliance partners. I will pursue legislation to ensure security for the Jewish community that includes aggressively opposing the BDS movement, and radical Islamic and Neo Nazi movements’ oppression of American Jews.  I support the Abraham Accords and associated middle east normalization with Israel, Israel’s sovereignty over the strategic Golan Heights, and its legal rights to civilian settlements in the West Bank (Judea and Samaria). Guns

The politicization of the issue has already resulted in “red flag” gun laws in which people can be wrongfully turned in to authorities by their neighbors and have their firearms confiscated without probable cause.  Such actions violate the Due Process Clause found in both the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution. Healthcare

These reforms include a new approach to health insurance that utilizes a non-government, and non-profit, central purchasing authority and administrator organization.  It will also include changes to medical device and prescription drug procurement and distribution that takes advantage of nationwide efficiencies versus state limitations.  The plan also includes reforms to administrative processes, restores health decisions to be made solely between the patient and their doctor as well as reduces system over-usage caused by the Obamacare design. The system redesign is targeted to reduce the average annual healthcare costs for each individual by approximately 45% of their current costs, substantially reduce government involvement in personal health decisions, and provide additional cost savings to the Medicare system, which would remain in place. I also support an immigration plan that would continue with the spirit of accepting those seeking bona fide political refuge, providing for entry based upon merit, and authorizing entry only after extensive and appropriate screening. This includes revisiting, revising and re-introducing Kate’s law (formerly H.R. 3004) so as to establish severe criminal penalties (with mandatory minimums) for those found to have again illegally entered the U.S. and committed a crime after they had previously entered illegally, committed a crime and been deported.
