I will make sure that 4th Essex district families have equitable and systemic maternal health care access, consistent best practices, and congruent standards of care to support pregnant and postpartum birthing people during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum, and to address geographic, economic, cultural and racial inequities in perinatal outcomes.
