No child’s quality of education should depend upon where they live. Children in low income districts must be given the same level of education as the schools our leaders send their children to. In order to create true equality, we must provide equal education to every child. Learn more

Healthcare

We need to preserve and protect Medicare for our seniors and disabled Americans.  But did you know there’s actually a law making it illegal for Medicare and Medicaid to negotiate lower drug costs?  There is also a law making it illegal for insurance companies to sell a secondary insurance plan to anyone who qualifies for Medicaid, even if that plan would be cheaper. I support part of what’s in the Affordable Care Act. But the Affordable Care Act is anything but affordable! Like President Trump and the Republican Party, I believe we need to protect coverage for those with preexisting conditions. Learn more
