Joy will work to reduce the time and cost of commuting by working directly with Pierce County Transit to create innovative options for our neighbors on the Key Peninsula to increase public transit options, create more reliable bus schedules and routes, and prioritize infrastructure projects like improving our highways. Joy will advocate for the completion of the Hwy 302 to 16 study, rural broadband funding, and extending the carpool lane from the Narrows Bridge to Bangor Naval Base. Learn more
