Protect and improve our public parks and open space for youth activities and neighborhood recreation. Open spaces and parks are not an amenity, but a necessity for all communities. Thus, I will not support the use of public parks for corporate profit without a Community Benefits Agreement in place. Learn more
Champion the re-establishment of the city’s Department of the Environment that will be tasked with creating a robust plan to transition the city’s fleet and facilities to clean energy. This department must be fully funded, increase the number of city inspectors and tasked with enforcing local air quality laws and pollution. Learn more
Fight to shut down the MAT Asphalt Plant and prevent any more corporate polluters from coming to the ward. Learn more
