With my eighteen years of experience at the County I have already identified opportunities to make County operations more efficient and I will start working on these efficiencies my first day in office. As Commissioner, my other top priorities include improving communications with the public, improving emergency response times in the rural communities in Tioga County and advocate to expand mental health and drug and alcohol prevention measures and treatment services to children, youth and families across Tioga County.
