I will work to unlock these natural resources as well as promote develop other methods of energy production, such as nuclear, to ensure Pennsylvania has the energy it needs to prosper well into the future. I will not permit any assets seized under civil asset forfeiture to enter the state treasury nor be distributed to any agency. Any assets seized under civil asset forfeiture will be returned to its rightful owner. Law enforcement will have to prove a crime in court with a guilty verdict before seizing any assets. Learn more
