The way the world is changing, we need to expand our perception of what infrastructure means. We commonly think of roads, bridges, transportation, water, sewer, and the electric grid. We have felt the pinch of rural internet access and are becoming aware of the need for broadband access in all areas. But with additional economic challenges, we are realizing infrastructure concerns also need to include fundamentals like childcare, hospitals, senior care, and grocery stores.
