If Congress could prioritize funding after Priority Healthcare to contribute $600 a month to an individual Trust Account for each of 50 Million students, $360 Billion would available to build up the Transitional Training Infrastructure, then provide more of each Student’s Trust Fund to them after high school to age 25.
