Get StartedJobs: I would support legislation that allows natural growth and prosperity in the job market, which would include tremendous tax reforms. No more corporate bailouts, and no more stimulus bills, these are temporary fixes to a more intrinsic problem. The greatest job protection we can provide in a free market economy is a job market where competition weeds out the winners and losers, not lobbyists and government intervention. Learn more
Energy independence: I would eliminate the EPA and redirect the funding to companies and organizations operating with the intent to find alternative renewable green energy solutions for the long term. This nation once and still provides subsidies to the oil and gas industry to help it grow to the giant that it is today and we should do the same to help reduce pollutants in our environment, and promote the growth and sustainability of renewable energy exploration. Foreign policy: I support the promotion of representative government globally, with recognition that some states will take longer to make the natural progression toward this goal. I support the idea of reserved strength and military might, with the intent to use diplomacy as a first resort. But if we are to achieve the goals of diplomacy than we must honor the relationships with our allies, even in the face of adversity. Learn more
Immigration Reform: As a nation of immigrants of either choice or by force we should always have open boarders to new immigrants.
Tax Reform: Eliminate the federal income tax and implement a federal sales tax. If we only tax things that are purchased instead of things purchased and money earned, we could see economic growth in the mid to high single digits. Naturally, we must couple tax reforms that may reduce income to the federal government by offsetting spending in the federal government. Countless billions can be saved annually by eliminating duplicate and wasteful programs. Learn more
