His legislation includes: Building a 21st century fleet of ferries with federal funding help; training and retaining a 21st century ferry workforce by making it easier to hire and retain staff and building more training facilities including locally in Bremerton; transparent, accountable leadership including a stable leader at cabinet-level and clear and transparent success metrics.
