Travis will work to get our towns and cities in Wake, to petition the North Carolina General Assembly to allow municipalities and the county the option of utilizing the “instant runoff” rule—a/k/a ranked-choice voting—which ensures that every winner is elected by a majority of all voters without the need for a costly runoff election.
