It is imperative to the vitality of our community that we see businesses thriving. As a former employee of the Small Business Administration (SBA), I understand the importance of incentivizing small businesses to grow within our district. I worked to help businesses navigate the free and low-interest programs available for them even during the pandemic. Helping our commercial industries thrive will not only help to build our tax base but also create jobs for our growing population. When elected, I plan to create a pathway for businesses to revitalize our community and lower taxes for our residents. Learn more
Schools should be a safe haven for every student. As someone who is lucky to have received some of the best education, Victoria will fight for every child to have that same opportunity! Baldwin-Whitehall’s public school has resource officers who take a course to relate to the students. They know that their interactions are pivotal in every child’s education at the school. The state allocated 40% of its budget to schools. Victoria will ensure that the funds granted to her areas will go to providing safety, nutritious meals for students, and access to Individualized Education Programs for children and parents who want them. Also, within our district is the Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC) South Campus. As a proponent of higher education and continued learning, it will be a priority for all residents to have access to the incredible opportunities this campus offers. CCAC provides renowned education for all people and veterans looking to further their education, change careers, and grow their professional development. Learn more
Our future is the next generation. As an early childhood educator and elementary and middle school tutor, I understand the importance of individual education programs (IEPs). If elected, I will reallocate funds already received by the state to ensure that every student is provided an IEP within our schools. Learn more
We must ensure that each community member has affordable, clean air and clean water. In my previous work, I successfully planned a waste management campaign for a university’s facilities maintenance and operations department and the surrounding community. When in office, this priority will be monitored by recording pollution metrics and maintaining and upgrading sewer lines. Learn more
When elected with your support, I will introduce bills to set term limits, eliminate pensions for state elected officials, reduce the number of elected members in our legislature, and above all, require members to vote in person, eliminating caucus-proxy voting in Harrisburg. Learn more

As our community ages, we need to ensure that our residents have accessible accommodations within their communities. As a longstanding community member with deep-rooted ties to the area, I recognize the importance of families remaining together. For our senior citizens in assisted living facilities, we need to hold ownership to the highest standards and reputations in caring for our most vulnerable. Learn more
Our residents deserve affordable housing. As someone who has traveled to communities throughout the United States and the world, I have seen first-hand the impact of the housing crisis and the importance of proven solutions. When elected, I will continue to fund important existing programs that work such as the Whole-Home Repairs Program in order to reduce the backlog of recipients and expand to more residents. Higher Minimum Wage. Learn more
Thankfully, our community is ahead of the curve by increasing wages without government directives or incentives. Only 60,000 workers throughout the state make 7.25 per hour and many businesses in our area pay between 9 and 13. With your support, I will ensure that those who work a 40 hour week will be able to support themselves off of their wages and live happily within our community. Learn more
